Conditions

Flexible – 60 days (General)
- The guest can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest will pay the total amount in case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, the total amount will be charged.
- Rules for children's stay - Children of all ages can stay.

Prices for children's stay
- You do not have set prices for children's stay
- Internet - Wireless Internet access is available throughout the facility and is free of charge.

Check-in and check-out time
- Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 00:00
- Check-out is possible from 08:00 to 10:00

Guest address
- Your guests are not obliged to provide their address when making a reservation

Guest phone number
- Your guests must provide a phone number when making a reservation

Age limit
- There is no age limit

Permitted entry/exit time
- There is no specific entry/exit time

You charge guests additional fees:
- cleaning fee in the amount of €50 per stay - not included in the price
- fee for towels in the amount of €15 per stay - not included in the price
- bed linen fee in the amount of €15 per stay - not included in the price

Rules for damages
You charge guests a deposit in case of damage:
- Your guests pay a deposit in case of damage in the amount of: €500
- You charge a deposit in case of damage: Cash
- Guests are charged: Upon arrival
- You return the damage deposit: Cash
- It is returned to guests: On the day of check-out

Entering the facility
- The keys are in a box in the building.
- You collect the keys from the host or they are waiting for you in the key vault at the entrance to the building, the code will be sent to you via message
